All Asians are really Chinese.

And it’s true that there’s Chinese who will claim Vietnamese things are Chinese because Vietnam used to be “part of China”…
and it’s one of the worst insults to Vietnamese
In Poland many people are just telling „we are going to eat Chinese food” instead of „Asian food” and not thinking much about it. Many Vietnamese people got really angry about it and changed their restaurants and bar names into „Viet-”. of course many people are ignoring even that fact. I’m telling such a person: „would you like to be called Russian?” And it works xD

I’m guessing that this is the Munich conference between France/England and Germany. Austria is there because at that time Austria was already annexed. The Munich conference was a use of appeasement by allowing Germany to have the Sudetenland in Czechoslovakia.
Personally I do not like things with Hetalia that involve Nazi Germany or such other things like it but I will say that the use of a historical scene caught my eye.
